At LoveOnly, we understand how important it is to have your jewelry delivered securely and on time. That’s why all shipments are carefully packed, fully insured, and sent with trusted carriers.
For your protection, we will always:

Insure and register your jewelry for its full value.

Require deliveries to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes).

Require a signature on all packages valued over $100.

Made-to-Order Jewelry: As all of our pieces are handcrafted, please allow approximately 3 weeks for production before shipping.

In-Stock Loose Stones: If available, loose lab-grown diamonds or gemstones can be picked up in-store (if applicable) or shipped within 3–5 business days.

Duty, Customs & Taxes
International shipments are subject to the laws of the destination country. The recipient is responsible for paying any duties, customs fees, and/or local taxes that may apply. Unfortunately, LoveOnly has no control over these charges. For details, please contact your local Customs Department.
Gifts & Alternate Addresses
If your order is a gift and you wish to keep it a surprise, we can ship to an alternate address. Please note this in the customer notes section at checkout. For security, we may need to confirm the alternate address by phone or email.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.
