Complimentary Lifetime Guarantee – Settings

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, you are welcome to send it to us for evaluation.

  • If the damage is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair your piece at no cost.

  • If the item is not repairable, we will remake it at our expense.

  • Work performed by any third-party jeweler will void this guarantee.

If the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with a transparent repair or remake quote at cost. We do not apply high markups to aftercare services.

Please note: Because each LoveOnly design is handcrafted, slight irregularities or variations in craftsmanship are natural and should be expected. These characteristics are part of the uniqueness of your piece and are not considered defects.

Complimentary Lifetime Guarantee – Stones

All lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, and gemstones are carefully inspected before leaving our workshop. Should your stone chip, crack, or break under ordinary conditions due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with a stone of similar size and quality.

  • Normal wear and tear is excluded. Diamonds and gemstones, while durable, are not indestructible.

  • Damage resulting from improper care, resizing, or resetting by third parties is not covered.

  • Each claim requires your original sales receipt and certificate of authenticity.

  • A modest processing fee plus shipping may apply for stone replacement.

Theft, Loss & Damage Policy

Our Lifetime Guarantee does not cover theft, loss, or damage not related to manufacturing defects. We strongly encourage you to insure your jewelry under your homeowner’s, renter’s, or personal valuables insurance. LoveOnly can provide all necessary paperwork to help you secure insurance coverage.

Lifetime Innovation & Upgrades

LoveOnly is committed to continuous innovation in sustainable fine jewelry. When new diamond or gemstone technologies become available, customers who have owned their LoveOnly piece for at least 24 months will be eligible for discounted upgrades. We will contact our clients directly if such opportunities arise.
