If you’re not completely in love with your jewelry, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange full-priced items—no restocking fees, as long as everything is in new condition.


To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Jewelry must be received within the 30-day return window, calculated from the time your order ships.

  • Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and have the return policy tag attached (no tampering).

  • Return must include the original invoice and certificate of authenticity.

  • Return must include all free accessories (gift bag, box, jewelry cleaner, certificate, etc.) in reusable condition.

    • A $50 replacement fee will apply for each missing lab-grown diamond certificate (if applicable).

    • Damaged or missing accessories may also incur replacement fees.


What’s eligible for return?

All fine jewelry, engagement styles, wedding styles, loose lab-grown diamonds, and loose lab-grown gemstones that are not listed as ineligible below are eligible for return or exchange within our 30-day window.


What’s not eligible for return?

  • Orders outside of the 30-day return window.

  • Items that have been altered, engraved, or resized by any party other than LoveOnly.

  • Final sale items (clearly disclosed on the product page).

  • Jewelry or loose stones showing wear, damage, or signs of setting.


What’s eligible for store credit only?

Custom and special orders are eligible for store credit only. Store credit may be applied toward a subsequent custom or special order one time; after that, the purchase is considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


Refunds

  • You’ll be refunded your purchase amount (minus any certificate/accessory replacement fees, if applicable) to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Timelines may vary depending on your bank’s processing policies.


How to Return

  1. Initiate your return: Email sunny@loveonly.ca with your order number and order email. We’ll send you a Return Authorization Code, a prepaid FedEx return label (must be used within 7 days of receipt), and full instructions.

  2. Package everything securely: Include your return order form, all original jewelry packaging, accessories, and any applicable diamond certificates. For security, address the package only to LoveOnly—do not reference “diamonds” or “jewelry” on the outside. Clearly mark “Return of Canadian Goods” (or “Return of Goods” depending on your country’s rules) on both the invoice and the outer box.

  3. Required forms: International returns may require customs forms such as an Export Commercial Invoice or a Declaration for Returned Goods. We will provide templates and guidance. Missing or incomplete documents may delay your refund and could result in duties/taxes being deducted from the refund amount.

  4. Seal & Ship: Give the sealed package with all documents to the FedEx representative. Ensure you obtain a receipt, as this is your proof of shipment.

Note: Returns must be shipped and received within the 30-day window.


Important Notes

  • Returns without a code, proper tags, or correct packaging may be refused.

  • LoveOnly isn’t responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

  • Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed, and you’ll be notified by email.
